About Claire

Having felt completely recovered from ME, Anxiety and Depression using The Phil Parker Lightning Process®, I was inspired to help others on their journey to vibrant health and happiness. After working in the financial sector of the City, I went on to train as a Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, Life Coach and Lightning Process Practitioner. I studied under Phil Parker at the European College of Holistic Medicine, now The Phil Parker Training Institute and was lucky enough to be handpicked by Phil Parker to work with him at the Lightning Process Head Quarters. I have now spent five happy years helping others transform their health, their energy and their lives!
